Shelley is rather short compared to some of her friends and especially her husband who is over a foot taller than her. She tends to wear heels at all times just to make herself feel and look taller. She hates feeling like a short person all the time. Since she wears heels almost always, she also dresses nicely in skirts and dresses. She likes to dress up because it makes her feel attractive. Shelley also has recently cut her hair shorter. She used to have it rather long, but decided to change things up by cutting it where it's at her shoulders. She styles it differently depending upon how she feels for the day. Sometimes it will be straight and other days wavy or curly. She loves that she cut her hair although some days she misses her long hair. |
Personality |
---|
Shelley is a very conceited and selfish person. She tends to only ever care about herself and never about those around her. Her focus is only on Shelley and what she wants. She tends to use people only for her own gain - whether that be with money or gifts. She also expects the world to adore her, so when people instead dislike her, she gets very offended and angry. She is very shallow, which most people are quick to realize. They notice how she takes advantage of others, but usually the ones she takes advantage of never realize because they're trapped under her spell. Shelley tends to play nice around everyone she meets. She'll act like she cares about them and their opinions and thoughts. She'll pretend to like them for the convenience of having more power. However, rarely does she actually like these people. Over the years she has noticed how friends are quick to betray her and leave her. Because of this, Shelley is very closed off from the world and keeps her deepest thoughts to herself. She never really opens up to anyone unless she completely trusts them, which basically never happens. Along with all of this, Shelley often uses people without their knowledge. She uses them in order for her to live a life in luxury, but also just so she can have friends and people to talk to. She will string them along with her fake love and kindness, and they'll have no idea what's happening. She can easily fool people. She'll use her wit and charms, but also mostly her appearance. Shelley knows she's very attractive, so she uses this to her advantage. |
History |
---|
Shelley Forsyth was born in Miduna Beach to Anthony and Hope Forsyth. The couple had been married for almost five years before they decided to have children. Hope was in her early thirties at the time of Shelley's birth. Three years after Shelley, the couple had their second and last child, Jordan, who was Shelley's younger brother. Shelley's parents both worked all of the time, trying to earn enough money to take care of their children and any bills. Their economic status was very low as the parents both worked small jobs that didn't pay a lot. Hope actually worked at the local Walmart. It seemed that no matter what, the family could only ever afford to pay the bills, buy food, and anything left was spent on whatever entertainment they could afford. Shelley never knew much else about the world except what she lived in. Her family couldn't afford a television, so she was never able to see how the stars of Hollywood were able to live in their glitz and glam. However, her grandmother had a television and Shelley and her younger brother would often go over there to visit and watch cartoons. Shelley loved seeing the cartoon characters and wished she could have it at her own home. As time went on, Shelley grew up and started making friends. She easily did so as she loved talking to just about anyone. She started going over to her friends' homes and being fascinated by how different each one was. One of her friends lived in a large house with more rooms than the family probably needed. She fell in love with the grandeur and went home to tell her parents that one day she would live in a house just like that. They told her that having all that wasn't everything, but it was a nice goal. Still, Shelley dreamed on. When Shelley was in the sixth grade, her parents were finally able to afford a television. They bought one and both of their children were extremely excited. Shelley soon became addicted to watching reality TV shows and anything that had to do with the Hollywood lifestyle. She began to imagine herself as wealthy and rich and having maids and butlers to wait on her every request. At the start of high school, Shelley decided to continue being outgoing. She joined different clubs in order to make more friends. Easily, she became friends with the other popular kids in her class. Some of her old friends had disappeared into the crowd - or the nerds as she and her friends would call them. Shelley was also very intelligent which is why she had been friends with all the other smart kids in the first place. Still, she decided that popularity was far more important than her old friends. She still kept her grades above average, however. In eighth grade, Shelley tried out for the cheer squad and somehow managed to make it. She wanted to do some of the dancing stuff that the squad would do, but she was one of the members who would instead wave their pom poms around and try to keep the crowd pepped up while the rest of the squad would do a dance routine. Shelley thought she was an excellent dancer, but she really cannot dance at all. Her ninth grade year she asked to do the dance routine, but one of the senior girls flat out told her that she sucked at dancing. After being told that she sucked at dancing, Shelley gave up on trying to do the dance routine. As high school continued on, Shelley became brattier and brattier. She wanted to have nice things, so she would always convince her parents to buy her whatever she wanted. She often wanted expensive, nice clothes to wear, but her parents could never afford it. Instead they would try to find cheaper clothes that looked similar. She also wanted a nice car for her sixteenth birthday, but instead she got an older car that was in good shape, but still very old looking. She hated it and always complained about how her car was so ugly. It was an ugly shade of green and she wanted something blue or pink. She also always expected to have the biggest and best birthday parties. She wanted it to be amazing. For her sixteenth birthday party, her parents actually rented a place to hold the party and spent way more money than they should have. Still, Shelley complained about the things missing. No matter what her parents gave her, she always wanted something better and bigger. At her sixteenth birthday party, Shelley officially started dating one of the most popular guys in school. He was one of the top basketball players and everyone absolutely loved him. He was also two grades above Shelley which made things even better for her. It was always best for girls to date older guys. She would never dare settle with someone her age. Also, this guy came from a family with some money. Shelley soon became that girlfriend who always expected gifts. She always wanted flowers or chocolates on their dates and they had to go somewhere nice. Sometimes she would allow them to go somewhere like a bowling alley, but she still wanted the finer things. In two months, this guy, Noah, became the first everything to Shelley. He was the first guy she ever dated, her first kiss, and first person she had sex with. A few weeks after they first had sex, he grew tired of always wanting everything, so he dumped her. After being dumped, Shelley immediately started complaining to her friends about Noah. Soon enough, most everyone in their popular group of friends hated him. A few months later, Shelley started dating a guy from the baseball team. He put up with her for much longer and would buy her just about whatever she wanted. However, Shelley grew tired of him after a while because she felt he was just really annoying. Plus, he would sometimes make fun of her for being good in classes and would call her a nerd. She would have none of that. One boyfriend and a few one-night stands later, Shelley officially met a guy named Trey Bowen during her senior year. She had heard of him before since he had managed his way into her large circle of friends. He was constantly flirting with her and giving her just the right amount of attention that she wanted. She would flirt back sometimes and one day she finally kissed him, which soon led to sex and then dating. They continued dating after graduating high school. Shelley also went on to attend Barfield Community College as she had been awarded a scholarship that paid for most if not all of her expenses. While there she studied business and entrepreneurship. She never really wanted to run a business or anything, but she figured it could be worth her while to learn a few things. Shelley continued dating Trey, although she was mainly doing so because he would constantly shower her in gifts. He would buy her just about whatever she wanted, which she absolutely loved. They went on a trip to Fiji together, mainly because Trey liked to treat Shelley. While there, Trey proposed to her and talked on and on about his hopes and plans for their future together. Shelley listened to him, but was not even remotely interested. The last thing she wanted or needed was to settle down with one man and have kids together. She told him her thoughts and that she wouldn't marry him. The rest of their trip was completely awkward between the two. When they finally returned home, they announced that they were officially over. It didn't take long for Shelley to move on to a new relationship. After a few more short relationships, Shelley met Henry Lewis. He was much older than her, being in his late thirties. Still, she was interested in him when she found out that he had a nice large house and a large paycheck. In 2013 after a few months of dating, Shelley and Henry were married. Shelley kept her last name as Forsyth, and luckily Henry wasn't a big crybaby and didn't mind. He was fine with her keeping her maiden name if she wanted. The two never talked much about one day having a family together as neither really cared much for such things. Henry would instead spoil Shelley all the time and buy her expensive gifts. She had some of the nicest clothes, jewelry, and even her own brand new car. She was able to have whatever she wanted and she absolutely loved it. In early 2015, Shelley found out she was pregnant. Of course she had been using protection, but sometimes things just happen. She didn't tell a single soul about her pregnancy but instead started doing research on abortion. As soon as she was ready, she had an abortion. She has never told any of her friends or even Henry. When she first had it, she slightly regretted her decision, but after a short while she stopped regretting it. Since then, she's made sure that she and Henry always use protection that is actually good so she doesn't have to worry about finding out she's pregnant again. Since then, Shelley has continued living the life of luxury. She has friends who are all rich too and she basically lives at the country club. She's almost always there living life as she wishes. She also is unemployed and instead considers herself to be the trophy wife. She also loves stirring up drama within her friends and their families. She thinks it's hilarious how the older women will react to certain rumors being spread about them. |
Family |
---|
Anthony Forsyth is Shelley's father. She hasn't talked much to him since she graduated college. They did get along all throughout her childhood, but once she started dating and looking for ways to get rich, she started to avoid her family. Her mother, Hope Forsyth was certainly included in this. Hope hasn't tried to talk to Shelley since being cut off. Shelley doesn't mind though because she always found her mother to be slightly annoying. Jordan Forsyth is her younger brother who she also rarely talks to. Henry Lewis is her husband of almost two years. They dated for a few short months before he proposed. Shelley mostly sticks around with him because he'll buy her luxurious gifts, which she absolutely loves. Still, she does love Henry. |
